- VIEWING of "Roots So Deep" Docuseries 4-part documentary series all about inventive farmers and maverick scientists building a path to solving climate change with hooves, heart and soil.

- DINNER (not included in ticket price, but will have food available for purchase) 

Saturday - Learning and Cattle Sale - 8am to 3pm 

8:00-8:30 am – Coffee with Cows – Coffee, pastries and cattle viewing (coffee & pastires included in ticket price) 

8:30-9:00am - Welcome by VA SP Producers Team

9:00-10:00am - Heifer Development on Forage - Steve Freeman (w/ 15 min - Q&A)

10:00-10:30 - BREAK - Visit vendors/cattle viewing

10:30-11:00 - Benefits and History of South Poll - My Jounrey in the Cattle Business- Dr. Bruce Shanks

11:00-11:30 - Q & A Session- with Steve, Bruce, and  the VA SP Producers Team 11:30-1pm - LUNCH – Grass fed Beef Lunch (included in ticket price)

1pm - SALE – Registered Fullblood, Purebred, and Percentage  Females, Pairs, Bulls and Steers
